Have you guys been following the Name Exo Worlds contest? Any bright ideas? Note that they're screening these so we're not likely to get away with any shenanigans, but I'm drawing a bit of a blank in terms of serious suggestions.
It's by country and the US (Amerifat here) one is a yellow subgiant in Cassiopeia with a warm-to-hot Jupiter in a highly elliptical orbit. Should we go to mythology? I'd say Paul Bunyan and the Blue Ox if only it was a blue star Past American scientists? Fictional characters from classy old novels or something? The Spanish named a system after Don Quijote characters last time around and I thought that was clever, but all we've got is Huckleberry Finn and its /b/esque quantity of n-bombs. What are you guys thinking?
