Stack the cans into several columns, drill holes in the bottom of the cans, spraypaint them black, then build a frame around them with the glass on both sides.
Drill an intake hole on the bottom of your frame and an exhaust on the top. Once the sun starts warming the air it will slowly force it up the length of cans and create an airflow as its forced from one can to another and by the time it gets to escape the box it's as warm as it can be.
