A person can't actually get an organ from a worm unless a worm was willing to give up its life force to do so.
The best we could do from here is to look and work with what we know so far, but the problem is there is very little in way of a plan.
I have a plan of some sort, but I have absolutely no idea what it is. So I have tried to create a model using some pretty basic ideas, so that we can at least have an idea of what we need to get us all started. We start by asking whether there are any useful cells among our body's cells that could be put together into our functional organism. And if there are, we get one idea as to how, and then we can look to see if we can get it started.
It may be a better idea in a few decades to just be patient, and if we have the right ingredients, we might soon be ready for one.
