Honestly what the fuck. We HAVE systems in our body that stop aging. Why does it still happen? The bodies of animals are self-healing. What makes biological immortality so difficult?? It should be simple.

But like, fuck that though.

I want to live as long as I can, given I'm not a fucking raisin on life support the entire time. Really what hurts the most is the knowledge that humans will almost certain have very high lifespans eventually. Might take centuries more, but it will come in time. But we don't have this YET, and I'm a little bitch who's stuck in the past before it happens.

By the year 3000, some spry 240-year-olds are gonna be laughing at my dumb ass for not making it to age 90.
