I am inside a 30m x 30m x 100m rigid box.
the box is in open space and I am in free fall
stuck near the center
I have a 1kg super elastic ball that will rebound from the wall with 100% energy conserved as motion
If I throw it at a wall and then catch it
the actions tend to move me to the wall opposite
once I've reached the wall if I continue the action
throwing the ball and catching it
will this cause the box to move?
