They are both shit, but for different reasons.
The major problem with psychology is there is no true way to be objective outside of behaviorism. and the problem with behaviorism is it doesn’t translate, just because 70 out 100 people in a lab setting decided to do x, doesn’t mean that is how they would act in the real world.
