Parents put my younger brother in a "homeschooling" program for a few years and have largely forgotten about his education. They just pay some online company annually and forget about it.

I'd like to spend this school year getting him up to speed with his current grade level then try to get him enrolled into a regular school.

My brother has gradually stopped doing his online work early on so I'm not entirely sure how much he knows already.

He's supposed to be in 10th grade this year.

What do I do?
