For instance, if one would build a tower with an electric emitter (or something similar) which would be able to trigger accumulation, acceleration and general changing of wind streams just (and that means hundreds of kilometers) before a stream would reach a field of wind collectors through very minutious triggering of relatively very small amounts of energy, could it be possible to multiply energy in a very efficient way? It would require a lot of knowledge about how shapes of wind streams would react to an impulse which would be inserted at a certain point, that means that there are wind flow figures that would not react to an impulse at all and there also are ones which would be extremely trigger happy because one would for instance send a particle inbetween two other ones which would be very fitting the constellation of particles one would want to inject something inbetween.
Think of a changed "stone rolling down the hill" - model, where one factually would have to give the energy to somehow get the stone up the hill and there is no possibility of the stone simply being there beforehand - The wind is the missing amount of natural energy (which would consist of a stone of potentially exploitable kinetic energy being on the hill without one would have to carry it up somehow) which would be missing in the stone and hill experiment. Think of the stone flying from the sky and one would just have to give the stone a push while it would pass one by before landing on the hill and rolling down the hill.
