How do I increase my academical performance? I try my best, gave up my hobbies, and still I only score between 70-80% at the hardest classes, while other students who studied less often get 90%+

I feel like a fucking retard

Well first you should ask yourself if you truly enjoy the activities. If the answer is no, then the problem is probably that you're not too passionate about it and grind it out. If the answer is yes, then the problem is probably that you're in a period of developing general academic maturity in understanding your habits, your working understanding of your field and its constiuents, etc. It's probably one of the hardest parts of being a student, but this is a part that you have to work ridiculously hard for and then all else starts to fall into place. I had a lot of bad stuff happen to me in my first 3 semesters in addition of needing to go into therapy, but after all that, I was a straight A honors student. You might want to examine if there's anything going on in your life stopping you from operating at full capacity

What subjects? You likely just study wrong.
For example, for math you should read the section BEFORE the teacher goes over it, and not just read, stop and work the examples, on paper!, yes this will take time. You should even try working some of the problems and checking your answers, and going back to the examples. Making notes in your journal where you had troubles (yes you need a math log). When you go to class it should never be new material, all review, you are just looking for the teacher to clarify things.

One last thing to make you feel better, students that do better without trying as hard usually just have more practice and background in the material, whether they realize it or not.

This is good advice but not the only way.

It might be just as effective to let the professor introduce the material, but then you have to go to the textbook/class examples and solve them without looking at the solutions, then move to related exercises in the end of the chapter and try to solve those too.
Then, when you get stuck you can either google it or ask the professor next time.
When you do it this way, you develop your problem solving more, and you start to understand intuitively how to solve these problems. Whenever you see a new one, you'll have a better toolbox of approaches to solve it.

As for others having a stronger base than you, that's probably true. Hard work will beat everything else in the long run though.

On top of this you need to have a study regime. Studying everyday leads to failure. The brain is a muscle it needs rest.

Take advantage of your dopamine system. Cut out porn and sugar because these things reward you for doing nothing. You clearly want success so take advantage of that. Your brain should be hungry for dopamine and it should get it by being academically successful.

For the sports part, you'd better limit it to cardio since if you find out you can't build muscle (probability=1/4) you'll feel pretty bad. I mean, really, really bad. These pieces of advice are biased because the posters already have the knowledge they can improve and build huge muscles, but they'd probably change their view if they found out they couldn't at all.

Also, things also aren't quite clear with cardio, some people can't increase their VO2max too and are non-responders. The only benefit left of cardio though would be the weight loss I guess, I hope everybody can lose weight (I didn't check this though, this exercise is left to the reader)

OK I recognise that your post is a meme but in case there are any actual retards who are falling for it let me make the case.

Weightlifting and cardio should be done together. Doing only cardio will make you lose muscle mass and bone mineral density and you'll quality of life by giving yourself poor posture and weak bones. Doing only weightlifting will leave you with a poor cardiovascular system which will age you.

Secondly, cardio is absolutely important for cognitive performance. Increasing vascular capability and bloodflow to the brain will absolutely improve cognition but on top of that, cardio increases BDNF which keeps the brain functioning in a healthy and efficient way.

Healthy body, healthy mind.
