>still no defined guidance on diet for humans
Seriously what should I eat? I have been vegetarian from 2014 to 2015, vegan from 2016 to 2017, keto (non vegan) at around end of 2017, paleo (in traditional sense) at the tegining of 2018, carnivore (with very limited intake of non starchy vegetables) at the end of 2018 and now I have some autistic diet which even I can't explain.
Basically, my last diet (and meal timing) has worked the best for me. Why it worked best so far? No acne, no redness of skin, elimination of androgenic alopecia. Why exactly this markers? I take pictures of my face and hairline every month, same lighting and same camera, since 2016.
What is my diet? I wake up at 6 am drink green tea and dont eat until 7pm. At 7 pm I have one chicken breast, a mix of frozen (non starchy vegetables) and some more green tea with 50 grams of dissolved gelatin in it. I steam my chicken breast and vegetables, so I don't add any vegetable oil then I cook them.I don't add salt and pepper or any other spices. I don't consume sugar, so I have no cravings through out the day. Autistic? Yes.
The problem is that nothing in my diet really makes sense. All the keto tards are saying that you have to consume a ton of saturated fat and virgins are screaming about muh bad animal proteins. I really don't even understand anymore what is a healthy diet and what it should be based around. I have read so much contradicting dietary advice lately that I am completely confused. I am afraid of introducing any new foods in my diet, because they can be harmful later down the road. If we had some easy to follow nutritional dietary guidelines, same way there are guidelines on how to feed your dog or cat.
