No, because they are useful.
That doesn't mean the entire universe was once in a hot dense state or that spacetime exists exactly as described by general relativity, but something currently indistinguishable from spacetime does exist and the observable universe is expanding, based on observational data. If a theory is useful and has a low margin of error, it's not bullshit. Our current models are far from perfect representations of reality, though.
