With the way your sentence is constructed, no. There is currently no ant on Earth that outweighs an elephant. If you really mean to ask, "Does the total weight of all ants on Earth weigh more than the total weight of all the whales on Earth?" then the answer is, "yes."

This guy made a video about animal spheres, where it’s literally spheres made of animals from a particular species. The blue whale sphere is about 140m in diameter while the ant sphere is about 420m in diameter. I imagine a sphere made from every whale species would still be smaller than the ant sphere.

Since all animals basically have the same density, I would say all ants are heavier than all whales.

Almost any full grown ant can outweigh a fertilized whale ovum though, which is between 100 and 200um.
