I have the chance to study chemistry in a top uni in my country but that means i have to live in a shitty household for 4+ years.
The other possibility is that i could go work in a laboratory and earn really good money but that would be a full-time job.
So what's the better decision?

No it's worth studying just get a degree that'll actually make money. If you can get into med school in your country without a degree do that.

congrats on getting accepted into a top tier university as well as what sounds like a research position. do you have a personal preference right now?

personally I'd focus on out of the shitty living situation if it was something like an abusive family. i know that helped me grow as a person. maybe you could move out while going to university? of course, the job sounds cool as well.
