Trump recently suggested nuking hurricanes in their eyes in order to stop them, but sadly the scientists say that won't work... but then again it's never been tried, so who knows.

Are there anyways we could feasibly defeat hurricanes, like maybe build a shit ton of high powered windmills along the coast and blow the hurricane back out to sea where it came from? Or build a really tall wall along the coast, that the hurricane just can't pass?
