No matter how intelligent you are, putting yourself down will lower your self esteem, which will lower your productivity, making you feel even shittier about yourself, causing you to put yourself down even more, creating a downward spiralling cycle of doom.
You don't have to come up with GR or QM to be a great scientist anon. The reason why Einstein is so well known is because his work was politicised and used to create nuclear weapons. By no objective standard was he a better human or scientist than anybody else, even you.
There have been many scientists in history who had achieved just as much as Einstein in many fields, who just didn't get that famous or whose works were destroyed. In fact there are scientists now who are working on things that probably go over Einstein's head.

The secret to greatness is to understand that you're a dumbass but so is everyone else. If those dumbasses could do it, so can anyone, even you. The world is full of mysteries and problems to solve anon. Pick one and keep moving forward. Find something interesting and keep working on it.
If your goal is to get famous, you can do that now easier than ever. If your goal is to contribute to science, then work on solving hard problems, for society's sake. You will automatically get famous that way.
