The 'meta' in 'metric' means that the metric is a subset of a more general classifier. Therefore 'meta-metric' and 'metric' are synonyms, hence this post does not use the word 'metric' to refer to any specific classifier /metric.
A typical 'metric' has a set of metro-formulas, where, for example, the metro-formula for speed is simply the formula for a velocity given within the metrology, plus one of three factors as parameters, which may be of the form (r=c-t)+s, s=c+g, s=c+b, s=g+b and so on.
