Help me out /sci/. Nietzsche described this concept of Eternal Recurrence, which says that all events in the universe have been and will recur across infinite space and time. i.e. The universe will loop your life at some point, and all the mistakes you've made in this life will be made again.

This concept has a very ominous implication, which comes from that I have never been given the choice to be born as myself. I've never chosen to have above average intelligence, be healthy, etc. And should the universe loop again, maybe "I" won't be born as "I", but I'll be one of "them". That one day, in another universe, I'll be on the receiving end of all of the bad actions and suffering I've caused to others in this life.

I'm completely unable to keep going through life with this thought in the back of my mind.
