This thread seems too elementary to be on /sci/, but I'll bite.

Assume that the equation will take the form of:
$m = Ah + B$

At h = 0 (starting time; zero hours of work), he has m = -65 dollars. This means that:
$-65 = A \times 0 + B = B$ .

Then B = -65. A, the slope of the graph is the rate at which he gets paid. That means that A = 13.
So now you know everything that you need to know to answer the question. The equation is:
$m = 13h - 65$ .
