If I "master" caculus, statistics, and liner algebra on Khan Academy would I still get BTFO'd if I attempted a graduate diploma in math with no prior experience?

You might have an edge in university level courses because the concepts will be familiar but Khan Academy's practice questions are extremely basic so you won't really have all the tricks to solve every kind of problem. If you want to self study before the course just look up past syllabi for that course at the uni you want to go to and download the textbook they'll be using. Read the chapters in the syllabus and do the practice questions from the book. Use Khan Academy and PatrickJMT as "lecture" material/worked examples. Also go to the Math discord channel for help.
