This post is a good-faith request to any anons familiar with microbiology, to explain in detail what is depicted in the webm, to an anon with a math background who knows nothing about microbiology, beyond "microorganism falls apart and dies".
I did see the earlier post indicating that the animalcule's* cell wall was breaking, so its guts are spilling out, or something. On another look, I can see the "tender" area that was left over, which seems to fall apart. So: is this correct, species, why exactly is "cell wall" (an abuse of terminology I bet) breaking apart so rapidly, etc. It's like it swam into a region of acid, or something.
*I use the word "animalcule" in its generic, archaic sense-not becuase I know what's in the webm (or else I wouldn't have written this post) but intentionally to display my own ignorance with an archaic word, which I invite other anons to correct.
