Remembered reading alot of conflicting information and experiments about whether this actually worked or not back in 2016.

I remember the German one was just a cone without the cylinder bit which they assumed would be better somehow. Then it didn't work. Alot of people were getting the same results for a while, despite the cables presumably being flopped across the floor differently.
