There is no such thing as an "invention". Everything is discovered. The first wheel wasn't invented, some caveman found a pattern of material in an arrangement that we called a wheel. The first car, any novel ever written, literally everything is just a discovery.
There does not exist a single example of anything that you can name that is an invention rather than a discovery. Everything, from language, art, math, scientific observations, every single thing that you can name or not name is a discovery.
The word english word "invention" is as semantically valid as the english word "yujaiijijalhein" - i.e. it's not valid and means nothing. People just THINK it has "meaning" or it's a phenomenon that they've witnessed ("person so-and-so invented such-and-such) but it's not actually a real valid thing that has any meaning.
