Oohh. Smell's like some CS kiddies are gonna be dropping my class after the quiz tomorrow.
Please use this thread to complain about kids in your classes, mock them for their greatly exaggerated claims, and vent your frustrations with professors who you suspect faked their degrees, or just generally trash talk the people in your department.
>First day of classes last week and one kid comes in wearing a three piece suit with two, yes two, pocket watches and a fedora.
>I'm teaching a senior level linear algebra course and I hear one of the girls in front row say "Dr. B*** said teaching linear algebra with proofs was fucking stupid. And I'm like I TOTALLY AGREE!" Needless to say she's gonna have a real bad time.
>Funny-chubby-vape-CS-kid keeps insisting to all the other students that discrete math and intermediate programming are the "weed out courses" and that it's all down hill from here.
Context: Our actual weed out course load happens during first semester senior year. It's so hard on students that it's become a running gag that the CS program is a 5 year degree.
