they cant afford to feed them, or cloth them, or house them, or properly care for or provide for them.
and every new child is just another burden on the entire system so there only cucking themselves by overburdening their already limited and over tapped resources
don't get me wrong , sometimes i love kids. but africa, in particular, needs to be sterilized
