in order to reach a SD of 1.5 all you need to do is make a masters degree or PhD the requirement for having children. My older sister is a english PhD from a top school and she is pretty stupid sometimes I will admit but the alternative is probably horrific.
I disagree about WW2 all hitler wanted was to make the world white that would mean we would be right back at 0 SD instead of 1.5 SD where we need to be. it's much more about social class than race.
