What major positive technological advancement will become common by 2030.

Easily cure able cancers at least in earlier stage?

The mass sickening and dying of aging baby boomers will provide a glut of money to medical industry. Won't make it cheaper though. We'll be better at controlling signs and symptoms so patients can live more normal lives.
