Really? Does it mean equaling the frequency of?

I'm studying economics, spectral analysis to be precise, which has quite a lot in common with electrical engineering. I'd like maybe some electrical engineers to help?

It's dealing with lowering the variance of the frequency bands for a given number of time lags.

Yes I am EE and that symbol is a relation for any number between 3-4 is identical to any irrational number. You see this in the fundamental Theorem of electrics.
