I am an economics student, reasonably well-built and tall. While walking down the aisle of my university today, a midget-like human being appeared in front of me suddenly. I bumped into him and surprisingly, the midget-like human being collapsed. Worried, I asked him if he was okay and he sheepishly said he was fine while adjusting his glasses and mumbled that he was late for his maths PhD classes. Suddenly, scores of midget-like human beings appeared from rooms titled 'Ph.D. student offices' that appeared like crevices in the wall. Without making an eye-contact, these midget-like human beings made the earlier midget stand up and took him back in their crevice. I was shell-shocked that there is a secret kingdom for midgets in my university I hadn't noticed in my years of stay.

My question remains, why are maths Ph.D. students so weak physically and unobservable most of the times?
