When I close my eyes I can see moving colors like gif related. I understand this is normal, but after a minute or two they begin to form satanic imagery, skulls in particular. I do not believe in the supernatural but this is bothering me , I am no longer getting the required 8 hours of sleep required to function in the restaurant I work at. What techniques can I use to stop seeing demons (which I don't believe in) and hearing their voices.
