It's being exacerbated by the upcoming generation who feels that job satisfaction and being a part of something is more important than money.
When Generation X retires, we're fucked. We're being propped up by them right now. Though they're a smaller generation than Boomers, Millennials, or Gen Z right now they account for 40% of all spending in the economy. When they retire the shit will hit the fan and people will start to realize the economy is a sham made up of spit and wax.
