Yes, but the egg seeking mechanics of chimp sperms cant find human eggs, and vice versa. You would need to inject the sperm into the egg.
Even then you may not have a good rate of viability and could have to try several times before you get a result to go to term.
There are accounts of this having been done in the US, the resulting child was euthanized and records destroyed. This however is unsubstantiated.
