You are a clump of cells now, and you were a clump of cells then, your location (within or outside the womb), and your life stage are irrelevant to what you are: Human. You continue to grow and change. Imagine if one were to go "Men whose testicles have not yet dropped are not human, and they may be killed" It is utterly arbitrary and ridiculous.
