Physics undergrad here.

I don't know whether I should do some self study on my own alongside my course this year or just solely focus on the work given to me. Also, I'm having thoughts of breaking up with my girlfriend after my undergrad, she doesn't want to move (we're from a small country with little opportunities) but I have bigger aspirations than here, I actually want to be successful and feel good about myself.

About to go into my second year, did pretty decently in first year.
