I have a right submandibular lymph node that has been swollen for a day now, but I've had no symptoms present other than a cough. One of my friends said it might be due to poor air quality in the area (there are a lot of allergenic flowers and construction work around my house) but it just doesn't seem right. Any ideas? It's concerning me and healthcare isn't free here
