It's from a book called Mathematics Made Difficult by Carl Linderholm.
It's a short little parody book from the 70s where simple mathematics is done with comically stupid amounts of abstraction and jargon.

While relatively unpopular, I think knowing order theory helped me learn category theory relatively quickly. Being able to test a few extremes of universal constructions gave me intuition about what they look like as well as related theorems like a small category being complete iff cocomplete, or exactness/preservation properties of functors. I would usually test things on sets, rings, spaces, and a preorder category. It also makes it easier to read material on topos theory/more general categorical logic. Also made it easier to understand how many constructions on categories are quasi-geometric, like their nerve.
