Blackbody Radiation

I am very confused about Blackbody Radiation. How does this not violate conservation of energy? Are all objects constantly emitting a small amount of low energy radiation? If so... where are they getting the energy from? Wouldn't it eventually halt as whatever energy is going into the conversion to photons runs out?

What exactly is producing the photons? Is the kinetic energy from heat causing the electrons to jump to higher orbitals... subsequently releasing a photon when they go back down? If so... what the fuck is the interaction between the kinetic (heat) energy and the electron orbitals?

I keep reading different articles online, and all they do is describe the damn ultraviolet catastrophe when I just want to know the nuts and bolts explanation about the related particles and force interactions.

Help me anons.
