ah, a second-rate astronomer. yeah, sometimes it is fun to read semi-OK scientists who have somewhat crackpot views on quantum stuff. my favorite when i was an undergrad was pic related.

i stopped believing in quantum woo though during grad school. it's fun and it sells books but eventually you realize ultimately it's just popsci garbage, unfortunately

The electron isn't "everywhere at once" within it's "cloud". We just obviously don't have good enough instruments to measure it. It just doesn't make proper sense for there to be a "probability" of its position rather than an actual location -- seems like a cop-out. How can things even interact if there is no definite position? We aren't rolling dice here. Not to mention we're dealing with real things, not mathematical formulas or equations -- despite those formulas fitting what we see (though it's likely confirmation bias). The math is likely wrong.
