Probably. But treatments will be prohibitively expensive. If you can't pay $10 million or more you'll have to wait in a lottery system where one person out of a billion gets treated per month.

Why would that be the case? Our current system is incredibly expensive precisely because there are no effective treatments for aging; old people cost our health and pension systems a hell of a lot of money. Effective anti-aging treatments would pay for themselves.
