If I pull a cold glass bottle out of the fridge and put it on the counter, would it heat to room temperature faster if I allowed condensation to form on the bottle and left it alone, or if I continually wiped off the condensation? I wonder since water has a different specific heat than air (I believe that's the term). I'm sure in practice it doesn't make any meaningful difference, I'm talking theoretically. I'm a brainlet and don't understand basic physics so I'm not sure.
