It streamlines the cutting step of gene editing, but inserting new DNA into the cut and re-ligating it still depends on endogenous processes like homologous recombination, which aren't entirely consistent and aren't guaranteed to occur. It's a major step forward for gene editing, but shit like making fire breathing dragons or even giving your kids particular cosmetic features will take a lot more technology and biological knowledge.
