Anyway, "He" says that Optimum's work is done and it's for others to decide if they want to use the model or not, and that the website will stay up with the video and automaton instructions for free. I cannot find any mention of Gary on the website, and it looks like he took down the awful page that was trying to tie Optimum Theory into religion as well (thank, erm... God)...
