The Riemann Rearrangement Theorem and it's many close consequences / strengthenings are really really cool to me. I think that was when it clicked that analysis was truly perfect for me.
I also absolutely love the picard lindelhof existence uniqueness theorem for ODEs, such a wonderfully strong result using such a beautifully simple tool (banach fixed point... another theorem that I love). It feels like I use existence uniqueness everywhere, just everywhere.

The classification of (connected compact) Lie groups is my favourite.
You start out looking for a way to classify a family of manifolds and you finish up playing games with little stick diagrams. Not only is it cool and initially unexpected that it works out this way, but the sequence of transformations of the problem into progressively simpler versions is the best example in my mind of how math is _supposed_ to look when everything works perfectly.
