Let's take something straight forward like Elon Musk's Neuralink chip - how can that be weaponized and used in combat?

Imagine a normie fighting someone who has gotten the chip in a one on one scenario. How would the chip theoretically give advantages to a person within the realm of plausibility but obviously suspending disbelief a little bit? Keep in mind I'm a screenwriter (read: never had a traditional education) and I'm dumb as fuck about the actual science behind this.

Would it be akin to something like Yu Yu Hakusho's The Doctor - where he can block off pain receptors despite his body falling apart. Or manually trigger increased adrenaline?
