let's take a new gene that was formed by an individual for the first time in history, due to natural evolution

a gene that is extremely powerful, rare, impossible to sequence, that needed a billion year to be formed

and the hoster of that gene is a retarded ugly neet that will die at year 40 in their parent's basement

if genes are so precious and powerful, why do we let those get lost, instead of storing them for future uses when we discover their existence when the hoster goes to the hospital for regular health check?
