Because while the models of NN were inspired by actual brain, we know fuck all how the learning in a brain works. Learning algorithms like backwards propagation are completely artificial for NN and not how brains work at all.

What are you talking about, OP Like the first anon you replied to brought up, you already learn that way (not exactly since networks in the brain don't literally use backpropagation, but they do still do some variety of optimization problem solving which we know because of all the biological behaviors which can be shown to be optimized behaviors).
What magic thing do you believe artificial neural networks do that people don't but could benefit from beginning to do? Everything in your greentext list here would work the same as it already works when a person does those things. I seriously have no idea at all what extra thing you think ANN has going on that you could teach people how to do. ANN isn't more useful than human actors because it has a special technique that works better. It's more useful because it's implemented as a highly scalable and consistent computer program that doesn't need to eat or sleep or take breaks.

Here's your problem.
You're framing this like the task here would be getting biological organisms (people) to learn like artificial neural networks do.
The real task you're talking about though is figuring out how to implement purposeful / reliable "unconscious mind" learning.
The ANN part is irrelevant. Your brain already does optimization learning*.
The "unconscious mind" learning on the other hand is its own completely different idea and one I don't think anyone has even begun to come up with an actual method for that works.

Walking for example is an optimized behavior, so while it doesn't look like the brain does gradient descent / backpropagation to learn, it is using some form of optimization solving that gets you to the same end result.

Looks like there's a wristband version of it with haptic feedback. It sounds simple in principle, take any input and translate that into multi-motor feedback. Essentially it could be used for gaming.
