Hey guys i moved into a new place by uni and have all these bug bites on me and caught two of these fuckers. Are they tics?

ya thats a bed bug. only way to get rid of them apparently is to fumigate the whole building. unless you're way up north and can shut off water and allow the -20 degree temperatures inside for a week straight. lol. filthy people

Even if you fumigate the building, the histamine remains. There's no definite answer yet as to what or even if there are health effects but I'd make a guess that if there are any it's likely to be immune/allergy related problems.

No worries. Wardrobe refresh and I got a dryer. Notified the landlord. I signed the fucking lease two days ago. I ordered an industrial space heater and will heat my room to hell, and might just move into the uni dorms

You might be fucked then since most leases include a provision saying there were no bed bugs when you moved in.
Either way notify the land lord since if you have them, so does everyone else, so even if you killed every single one in your apartment they'll just come back.
