It depends on what classes you take anon.
There is a core curriculum, but around the edges of that you have tons of leeway. Want to take optics? Or nonlinear mechanics? Or perhaps particle physics? It's an open book for you. And these fields all ferret into smaller sub-disciplines. It's really just about what you're interested in.
For the core curriculum, it's classical mechanics, quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, relativity.
As far as what textbook, I couldn't tell you. They change every year, and most of them are shit.
For quantum mechanics, I would recommend Griffiths.
For complex analysis and general mathematics, try Boas.
