Long story is that it penetrates very well through skin, pain is said to appear 1-2 hours after exposure and since it can fuck up your calcium metabolism very quickly at that point (that is why it is lethal), there is no real aftercare. If you suspect exposure you rub that fucking cream in and call an ambulance, this is not a gentle way to die at all.
