Seriously though, what's the deal with trying to preserve the nebulous and unnecessary 'humanity' that we are saddled with? Enlightened self interest, post scarcity and freedom of association are sufficient to prevent the horror stories about ex-human amorality from materialising without requiring anything more than applied logic.
