Why does my face twitch sometimes? I noticed this maybe four months ago. It started with my eyelid and now my nose twitches and occasionally my chin and cheek. Am I retarded?

my face twitches all the time when i'm stressed. and sometimes i even lose hearing momentarily, usually in just one ear.

Are you sleeping enough? My left eyelid starts to exhibit little twitches if I've slept poorly for a few days in a row. Getting back to proper 7+ hour sleeps for a few days in a row makes it go away.
